Welcome to The Lamb Inn

A traditional and beautiful 18th Century Cotswold village pub.
We have settled here after a number of years working in some of the finest hotels and restaurants across the UK. Our aim is to offer a relaxed, welcoming village pub with great service, ambience and creatively home cooked food, produced in our kitchen. 
Enjoy the atmosphere of a classic old English inn with beams and a real log fire crackling away on a cold winters night. Settle down with a pint of your favourite Brakspears ale or whatever your favourite tipple is.
Dogs are allowed in the bar area making us perfect for all those enjoying a good country walk or ramble with well behaved four legged friends.
We support Cotswold businesses and use suppliers such as Castles Butchers in Burford, Butt's Farm near South Cerney and Cacklebean Farm Eggs near Stow on the Wold.
Whether it's a coffee, a quick pint, a light lunch following a long walk, something in your lunch hour from work or a candlelit dinner, The Lamb Inn has something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you.

Every Friday for Lunch and Dinner we offer fish and shellfish starters and main courses using the seafood we buy from day boats that land at Newlynn, Poole, Plymouth and Brixham.
If you choose one of these dishes you will be served a FREE glass of Prosecco​

A traditional Sunday lunch is served 12.00-4.30pm
We serve our roast beef with homemade gravy, a wide selection of vegetables, roast potatoes you'll want the recipe for and a Yorkshire pudding straight from the oven.
Our beef melts in the mouth and is from grass fed rare breeds
at Butts Farm, South Cerney, Gloucs.

Each year, Brakspear Brewery are going to support a different chairty, this year it will be Sue Ryder. Sue Ryder provides incredible hospice and neurological care for people facing a frightning, life-changing diagnosis.
The Lamb Inn is taking part in this campagin to help raise £50'000 over the next year. We will be asking for a donation at various events, but from 1st November we will be adding a discrectionary £1 to every food bill.
